Our main challenges are the wide gaps between our disadvantaged pupils and their peers. Our analysis of baseline on entry to the school show again that within our newest cohort of pupils, there is again a difference that we will need to diminish.
We have put our action plan into place and are already seeing the positive impact that it is having. We will continue to measure and demonstrate impact and review pupil progress several times a half term. We are re-evaluating the impact of all interventions on a half termly basis.
